All our watches are 100% authentic. We have a complete supply chain and brand authorization for all our products. We only sell certified products.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
All our watches come with a warranty. We will repair or replace the watch movement free of charge if it is defective. The battery is covered by the warranty for one year from the date of purchase for quartz watches. See the product manual for details.
What’s your return policy?
You can return any watch within 30 days. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, as long as the watch is in its original condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping, For orders over $30, shipping is free worldwide. Orders placed through our website are typically processed within two business days. International orders take 7-15 business days to be delivered. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
